Bulls vs. Heat Final Score: Miami perseveres through hangover to give Chicago another L

It’s pretty incredible that the Miami Heat wound up hitting the century mark in their 100-93 victory over the Bulls, as they began this 2:30 afternoon start as awfully as possible. They had 7 points at the end of the first period after shooting 2-19 from the field. Neil Funk gleefully recognized that he had a monitor with a running stat of the shooting percentages and would count out the dwindling percentage with every miss.

Problem was, the Bulls weren’t much better, as both teams turned the ball over a ton and missed chippies inside. Chicago only had 13 points themselves in the opening period, as Lauri Markkanen hit a couple threes but there wasn’t much else.
