Billy Donovan could have come across sounding very dire if the Bulls coach actually wasn’t simply speaking the truth.
Hours before the second consecutive game against the Magic down in Orlando, Donovan was discussing his short-handed frontline and how they really had no prayer against big man Nikola Vucevic – fresh off his 43-point game on Friday.
“We don’t have the personnel to just play him man-on-man in the post,’’ Donovan said very matter of factly.
That was an understatement.
