Boylen set his 10-man rotation last night, and it involves very few wings

Prior to Thursday night’s game, Bulls coach Jim Boylen let the media know that the preseason finale would feature the Bulls rotation heading into the season opener in Charlotte.

Wendell Carter Jr. gave us a scare with admission that his surgically repaired thumb was bothering him, but he started the game and played 22 minutes. The rest of the starting lineup was similarly as expected, with Lauri Markkanen, Otto Porter, Zach LaVine, and newly-christened starting point guard Tomas Satoransky.

There were no shocking developments there, there was a key takeaway that Coby White appears to be the team’s sixth man, subbing in for Otto Porter at about four to five minutes into the game.
