I am astonished by the assembly of players AKME have been able to put together for this season. I noticed a trend in the resume of the current roster. Of the 14 players currently under contract 5 of them have direct ties to LA: LaVine (UCLA), Ball (UCLA, born in Anaheim), Derozan (USC, born in LA), Vucevic (USC), Caruso (Lakers). 5 of them have a direct connection to NC/VA: White (UNC, born in NC), Williams (born in NC), Bradley (UNC), Dotson (born in NC), Green (Radford, born in VA). 2 of them have a direct connection to Vegas: Brown (born in Vegas), Jones (UNLV).
