New Years Eve is upon us, and Chicago Bulls might be able to witness their team winning their second game in a row on the night of Dec. 31 on the road. For the second straight game, the Bulls and first-year head coach Billy Donovan will meet with fellow former Oklahoma City Thunder head coach Scott Brooks and the Washington Wizards on the road in the nation’s capital.
