The time for the Chicago Bulls to figure out the best plan for the 2019 NBA Draft possible is running out. There’s less than 25 games remaining during the 2018-19 regular season and the playoffs will be here before we know it. However, the 2019 NBA Draft should be the main thing that the Chicago Bulls are concerned about this summer, along with free agency.
