Patrick Kane scored the game-winning goal in 3-2 shootout victory over the Islanders on Tuesday night at the United Center in Chicago.
Kane stick-handled his way to the net before flipping the puck past Islanders goaltender Robin Lehner and into the net to give Chicago back-to-back victories.
Kane wasn’t the only one to score a shootout goal as Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews opened the shootout with a tally. Toews also scored in the second period to send the game to overtime.
Toews is 47.
