Tyler Ennis out indefinitely for Oilers, won’t play vs. Blackhawks

Tyler Ennis is out indefinitely for the Oilers with an injury, coach Dave Tippett said Thursday.

The 30-year-old forward was injured when his right right leg twisted underneath him after he was hit along the boards by Blackhawks rookie forward Kirby Dach with 3:15 remaining in the second period during Game 3 on Wednesday. Ennis did not put weight on his right leg as he was helped off the ice by Oscar Klefbom and a trainer to the dressing room.

Ennis had two points (one goal, one assist) in the series.
