The Chicago Blackhawks announced today defenseman Michal Rozsival underwent successful surgery to repair a fractured left ankle. The procedure was performed at Northwestern Memorial Hospital by Blackhawks Head Team Physician Dr. Michael Terry and Dr. Bradley Merk.
“Michal underwent successful surgery today to repair his fractured left ankle,” Terry said. “The procedure went very well and we anticipate him returning to full hockey activities in approximately 12-16 weeks.”
