Patrick Kane moves into 4th place in Blackhawks’ all-time franchise scoring

The superstar winger scored two assists in the first period against the Sabres on Thursday at the United Center to move pass Steve Larmer for sole possession of fourth place in Blackhawks history in scoring with 924 career points.

Kane recorded the secondary helpers on goals by Duncan Keith and Artem Anisimov as the Blackhawks took a 2-0 lead after the first period.

The late Stan Mikita is the franchise’s leading scorer with 1,457 points, followed by Bobby Hull (1,135) and Denis Savard (1,096). All three players ahead of Kane are in the Hockey Hall of Fame.
