Morning Bag Skate: 10-4-18

The Chicago Blackhawks drop the puck on their regular season Thursday against the Senators in Ottawa.

Chicago prospect Philipp Kurashev had a goal, two assists, four shots and won 9 of 18 faceoffs for Quebec in a 6-2 win over Halifax in the QMJHL. Goaltender Alexis Gravel made 27 saves in his first loss of the QMJHL season, while Jake Ryczek had two shots.

Nicolas Beaudin had an assist and one shot in Drummondville’s 3-1 victory over Victoriaville.
