USA Hockey will unveil its preliminary roster for the 2019 World Junior Championship from Dec. 25 to Jan. 5 in Vancouver and Victoria, British Columbia, on Wednesday.
The announcement will be during 3 to 5 p.m. Central time on NHL Network’s “NHL Now.” John Vanbiesbrouck, Team USA’s general manager for the World Juniors, will be a guest on the show.
Team USA will host its training camp from Dec. 15-17 in Everett, Washington. After the camp, the U.S. will play two pre-tournament games in British Columbia. The Americans face off against Russia on Dec. 20 at Sandman Centre in Kamloops, and the Czech Republic on Dec.
