With the season being everything but over unless the NHL does a 24 team playoff race, this will be the third season in a row where the Blackhawks didn’t make the playoffs. They’ve fallen off of a cliff after making the playoffs nine straight seasons.
Any team that has Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews in their prime on it should make a playoff run out of it.
