The Blackhawks look to extend their point streak to four games when they start their three-game road trip against the Golden Knights on Tuesday night in Las Vegas.
Chicago (12-12-6) blew a 3-1 first-period lead in its shootout loss to Arizona on Sunday. Alex DeBrincat scored a goal for the third straight game, and Robin Lehner made 44 saves. It was the Blackhawks’ third straight game to go past regulation.
The Blackhawks will be without forwards Drake Caggiula and Andrew Shaw (concussions on long-term injured reserve) and defenseman Duncan Keith (groin on IR) during its road trip.
