In conjunction with the National Hockey League, the Chicago Blackhawks announced today their 2016-17 regular-season schedule. The organization’s 89th regular season launches when the club hosts the St. Louis Blues on Wed., Oct. 12, at the United Center, as previously announced.
The 2016-17 schedule is highlighted by the Blackhawks’ NHL-high third Winter Classic appearance and fifth overall outdoor game when they face off against the St. Louis Blues at Busch Stadium Jan. 2, 2017.
Blackhawks evening games Monday through Saturday at the United Center will begin at 7:30 p.m., with Sunday home contests slated to start at 6:00 p.
