Blackhawks announce jersey numbers for 16 players, including new players and prospects

The Blackhawks announced jersey numbers for 16 players Wednesday.

Andrei Altybarmakyan (No. 84) — Altybarmakyan would join Alexandre Fortin (2019) as the only players to wear it for the Blackhawks. Altybarmakyan had No. 96 with Sochi in the KHL and No. 16 with the Russia national team at the 2018 World Juniors.

Evan Barratt (No. 26) — Barratt would be the 19th player to wear it, and the first since Kyle Cumiskey (2015). Barratt had No. 17 at Penn State and with the United States’ at the 2019 WJC.
