Andrew Shaw: ‘The Mutt is back baby!’

The forward was brought back to Chicago along with a 2021 seventh-round pick in late June from the Canadiens in exchange for three draft picks (2020 second- and seventh-round picks and 2021 third-round pick). The soon-to-be 28-year-old played his first five seasons with Chicago after being drafted by the team in 2011, and won two Stanley Cup championships in 2013 and 2015. The Blackhawks traded him in June 2016 to Montreal in exchange for two second-round picks (Alex DeBrincat and prospect Chad Krys).

Shaw took to Instagram to share his appreciation for his time with the Canadiens.
