The Blackhawks closed out their four-game road trip with a dud in a 4-2 road loss to the Sharks on Tuesday in San Jose.
1. Shots anyone?
If this game was at the United Center a chorus of boos and “shoot” would have rained down from Blackhawks fans. The team only managed three shots on goal midway through the game and didn’t reach double digits in shots the third with a mere 21 shots as the final total. To the Sharks credit, San Jose did block 10 shots with six coming from defensemen.
