The Blackhawks announced their roster for training camp, which will begin Monday at Fifth Third Arena in Chicago.
The roster consist of 30 skaters (18 forwards and 12 defensemen) and five goaltenders. Training camp rosters are limited to 30 skaters and an unlimited number of goalies before being trimmed to 28 skaters and 31 total players by July 26, when teams travel to their designated hub city.
The Blackhawks, the No. 12 seed in the Western Conference, will play the No. 5 Oilers in a best-of-five qualifier series in Edmonton, starting Aug. 1.
