The Chicago Bears re-signed Tashaun Gipson to a one-year deal. This is not the biggest surprise after Gipson had a strong season next to Eddie Jackson, but there was a thought that the Chicago Bears would at least wait until after the NFL draft to add a safety. If a safety that they could not pass on was there, they may not need Tashaun Gipson.
So, the question remains with Gipson now signed. If the safety they have rated as the best player available is on the board, would the Chicago Bears add a safety?
