I saw a report that rated Julius Peppers as the best all-time free-agent addition for the Bears. Do you agree? I do not. I would have chosen Erik Kramer, Jeff Graham, Marty Carter or Andy Heck.

I actually would agree that Julius Peppers is the best free-agent the Bears have ever signed. He certainly looked disinterested and didn't perform very well in 2013, but he made three straight Pro Bowls in his first three seasons with the Bears from 2010-12 and helped them reach the NFC Championship Game in 2010.
