BOURBONNAIS, Ill. -- Three full seasons may have passed since Victor Cruz finished up a productive three-year stretch for the New York Giants (241 receptions for 3,626 yards and 23 touchdowns), but to the rest of the Chicago Bears’ wide receivers, Cruz is still the big man on campus in Bourbonnais.
“It’s weird, because when I start talking or whenever I give a coaching point or say something, it’s like, [wide-eyed facial expression] 'He’s talking to us,'" Cruz said on Thursday. "So it’s a good feeling. And I just want to make sure I’m telling them the right thing, telling them things that are going to help them.
