On Monday, September 12, the Chicago Bears released released Lachavious Simmons from the practice squad, while signing defensive lineman Andre Anthony and o-lineman Michael Niese to the practice squad. Defensive lineman Mike Pennell terminated his practice squad contract and the Bears signed him to the active roster.
Much like their 53-man active roster, their 16-man practice squad will undergo several changes throughout the season, so we'll update this list accordingly.
