Chicago Bears’ GM Ryan Pace looks like he has the ability to find talent in the draft. Pace has found talent early in the draft and in the middle rounds as well. Even a couple of his late picks have shown a little ability. Of all the talent he’s drafted, the biggest question mark still may be his first ever selection as Bears GM.
In 2015, Pace selected Kevin White out of West Virginia and thought he had a big playmaker on offense. Two years later, nobody knows what the Bears have in Kevin White because quite simply he can’t stay on the field.
