Three takeaways from Bears' 26-14 win over the Saints for fourth consecutive victory

It wasn’t memorable or impressive, but the Bears pulled out a 26-14 victory over the Saints to improve to 4-2, matching where they stood at this point last season.

Here’s what went right and wrong in the win:

Defense disrupts

While there still are concerns about the defense overall, the Bears got four takeaways: a Montez Sweat strip-sack and interceptions by Kevin Byard, Tremaine Edmunds and Nahshon Wright.

Swift solid

D’Andre Swift continued playing like the running back the Bears need and ran for 124 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries.
