Pro Football Focus now has ten years of grades and statistical analysis under their belts, and recently named their first ever all-decade team. Needless to say, you won't find any Chicago Bears players listed there, unless you count Charles Tillman's 2nd team mention for cornerbacks.
Many teams were unsurprisingly not represented very well on that list, and some not at all, so they took their analysis one step further and named the best player from each team over the last decade.
For the intents and purposes of their list, they are referring to 2006- 2015 NFL seasons.
