For a change, the Bears are playing meaningful football in December. However, fans continue to speculate as to how Chicago can keep things moving in the right direction. At the moment, the team doesn’t seem to have a lot of weaknesses. That’s good, because with limited ammunition in the draft, Ryan Pace will have to be careful how he spends his picks. He will also need to keep an eye on the contracts he hands out, because a number of important players need to be re-signed in the near future.
