Ryan Groy wasn't by any means a lock to make the Chicago Bears' roster. He wasn't even a lock to make it past the first round of cuts, but someone in the New England Patriots' organization saw value in the 2014 undrafted free agent and former Wisconsin Badger.
Last year Groy saw some action at guard (4 games with 3 starts) on the injury depleted Chicago offensive line.
