When the Chicago Bears released running back Mike Davis earlier today to ensure their shot at a fourth-round compensation pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, the next roster domino to fall was to add practice squadder Ryan Nall to the 53-man roster.
Nall has been a preseason favorite of Bears’ fans for two years now, and on Sunday he should get his first taste of real NFL action. Nall could get a few carries in relief of David Montgomery, but he’ll also get some reps on special teams against the Detroit Lions tomorrow afternoon.
