Wow! Even though we all hoped it would happen, it’s still unbelievable that the Chicago Bears were able to pull off a trade-up for Justin Fields in the 2021 NFL Draft.
Say these five magic words with us: Justin Fields is a Chicago Bear.
The fact that Justin Fields fell far enough for Ryan Pace to trade up and grab him seems almost like a miracle. Moving up from the 20th-overall pick to the 11th-overall pick seems like a big jump, but most analysts predicted the team would have to move not only within the top 10 but as close to the top five as possible.
