SANTA CLARA, Calif. — Gymnast Simone Biles was credentialed as a photographer and shot Sunday night’s pregame activities as part of a league content assignment.
Her NFL media vest was No. 36, the same as her husband, Bears safety Jonathan Owens.
Biles, who did not shoot the game itself, mingled before the game with, among others, model Olivia Culpo, who is married to 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey.
Hours before the game, the NFL posted a video from Biles on a mostly empty field, with the 11-time Olympic medalist saying that “I’m going to be taking some photographs” and promoting the upcoming game.
