So now that the Bears' staff is more than a week removed from its Senior Bowl experience, and now that the Super Bowl and the latest Patriots parade is over, what now? But Super Bowl XX champion Bear Tom Thayer says while news cycle will slow down, it might be the most important time for teams throughout the league, including the Bears, to zero in on the strengths, weakness, and ceilings of the players they have.
