Another blow to an already depleted WR corps came down Thursday as word leaked out that WR Markus Wheaton tore his groin and would be out 4-6 weeks, according to Chicago Sun-Times reporter Adam Jahns.

Wheaton was signed to a 2-year $11 million contract with $6 million guaranteed and for that he has just one catch for four yards in three games on nine targets.
