John Fox officially worst head coach in Bears' history

LAKE FOREST, Ill. – Bears head coach John Fox earned yet another dubious distinction with last Sunday’s loss to San Francisco.

Fox (12-32) moved past Abe Gibron (11-30-1) for sole possession of the worst winning percentage (0.273) in franchise history with still four games left to play in 2017.

Fox has one fewer win than his predecessor Marc Trestman (13-19), who lasted only two years in Chicago.

Fox is about to complete his third – and likely final – season with the Bears.

Many of the Bears’ problems, of course, date back to before Fox arrived in 2015.
