Chicago Bears fans have their popcorn on their laps and are sitting back in reclined chairs as they watch the nightmare unfold with the New York Jets all season, trying to win games with quarterback Justin Fields. That appears to be over in the Big Apple.
The Athletic's Dianna Russini had sources tell her that the Jets are making a change at quarterback with Fields taking a seat on the bench in favor of Tyrod Taylor. Fields has been 2-7 as the starting quarterback, completing over 62% of his passes for just 1,259 yards and seven touchdowns to one interception, with 383 yards and four touchdowns on the ground added.
