It took Bears one preseason game to realize one of their rookies should start

After just one preseason game played, the Chicago Bears might be ready to go with their rookie to be one of their starters.

One of the most talked-about position battles going on in training camp is the left tackle job between Ozzy Trapilo and Braxton Jones. They both got their first crack at making a good impression with the new Bears coaching staff in their 24-24 tie against the Miami Dolphins in preseason game number one.

Jones got the start for the Bears before Trapilo filled in after him. Both got a chance to play some extended time on the field and the results were pretty clear to all Bears fans that Trapilo might have won the day.
