At 62 years of age, John Fox is in his third coaching gig. He has gotten fired twice, and has never won a Super Bowl. Everyone expects Fox to be fired after this following season, and to be honest he has no reason to stay in Chicago. Fox has had arguments with his assistants including Ryan Pace. He is not the guy to groom Mitch Trubisky, and he only has a good year or two left in this league.
