There are many narratives ascribed to the Chicago Bears’ 2018 season. One of the topics on the back burner is the looming contract extensions for some key players.
The most notable is Leonard Floyd whose contract isn’t up until after the 2019 season. The most impending would, of course, be safety Adrian Amos, who is in the final year of his rookie deal.
While there are other players whose upcoming contracts need attention, I’d argue the most pivotal is the undrafted free-agent from Rice University, Bryce Callahan.
Callahan has seen steady growth in his four-year tenure with the Bears.
