Behind the bar at Gracie O’Malley’s, daytime manager Mike Stamp answers questions from customers calling in to reserve tables ahead of Saturday’s Bears-Packers game.

The Irish pub isn’t accepting reservations. “Get here around 5, 5:30 p.m.,” he tells customers on the phone, a two-hour window before the 7 p.m. game kicks off in Chicago. Stamp speaks to every patron as if he’s known them for years.

As one of the few sports bars in Wicker Park, Gracie O’Malley’s is always packed on game days. On offer for Saturday’s game will be the bar’s $8 Bears Bomb, made from Three Olives orange vodka and Yellow Edition Red Bull.
