If this week couldn't get any better for the Chicago Bears, it certainly did for running D'Andre Swift.
The NFL announced that Swift was named the FedEx Ground Player of the Week award winner for Week 13. Chicago's division rivals and upcoming opponents, the Green Bay Packers, saw their quarterback, Jordan Love, win the FedEx Air Player of the Week.

Swift is coming off one of the best games of the season for him as he rushed for a season-high 125 yards on 18 carries and one touchdown in the 24-15 win over the Philadelphia Eagles.
