The Chicago Bears were dealt devastating news about not having their starting running back, D'Andre Swift, for their Week 9 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals, leading to a final roster move.
Chicago first announced that they were elevating running back Brittain Brown from the practice squad. The Bears also announced linebacker Amen Ogbongbemiga was downgraded from questionable to out as he will remain on the Reserve/Injured Designated for Return list with his knee injury.
Swift is out with the groin injury as well as running back Roschon Johnson, who is out with a back injury.
