When Emanuel Hall was signed as a UDFA, we were excited. This was a talent whose tape said round two. All draft prognosticators were stunned to see him fall out of the entire draft.
There were always questions about Hall. Some coaches question his ability to return from injury at the anticipated timeline. Still, this could have dinged a player from round two into the late portion. As a UDFA, he was worth a shot due to his high-end talent.
