Chicago Bears to face Dallas Cowboys team without Tony Romo in Week 3 Sunday Night Football

Twitter and online NFL communities were rocked on Saturday when it was revealed by Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett that quarterback Tony Romo has suffered a broken bone in his back.

Tony Romo has a compression fracture of his L1 vertebrae, per @toddarcher, an injury that could sideline him 6-10 weeks.

That is really awful news for Romo and the Cowboys, especially only a day after Jerry Jones was quoted as saying "Well, he's not injured.
