Chicago Bears head coach Matt Nagy met the media earlier today and he gave an update on the injuries to outside linebacker Aaron Lynch and free safety Eddie Jackson, ”I don’t think either one of them is season ending.”
While not an official diagnosis from a doctor, it is good news to hear him say that rather than they fear they’ll both be out for the year. The two players went through tests earlier today and Nagy said, “We’re keeping our fingers crossed for both of them.”
The two players will continue to be monitored and we’ll likely know more by Wednesday.
