When the Chicago Bears take the field for week one of the preseason, all eyes will be on the kicking situation more than anything else. We know that Matt Nagy does not need to see much from his starters in the preseason, and in Week One, that may be exemplified.
Mitch Trubisky may play briefly in weeks two and three, but he is unlikely to start in week one and certainly will not play week four.
With Trubisky unlikely to start week one, we will see Chase Daniel get a start. He gets a chance to prepare as if he is the starter and go through the motions of a game if Trubisky could not play.
