After a disappointing 2019 season, Chicago Bears general manager Ryan Pace knew he needed to create competition at every major position that they struggled in. He made some dire acquisitions to bring in free agents and draft picks that could compete for starting jobs on day one.
Now, these acquisitions and some familiar faces have to compete to win the starting job at their respective positions. Some of these battles could make or break the season for the Bears looking to rebound back to their 2018 form.
Training camp is scheduled to start up per usual on July 28th even though COVID is still running rampant.
