Since the Chicago Bears' inception, this team has consistently struggled to secure a legitimate franchise quarterback. For the oldest team in the league, it had become laughable... until Chicago selected Caleb Williams with the No. 1 overall pick in 2024.
After what's now a franchise-record fifth game-winning drive this season, Williams spoke to the media following the victory over the Minnesota Vikings and boy, was he fired up. Most of what he said made Bears fans want to go run through a wall.
But, one thing stood out above the rest. He was asked about "killer instinct," to which he replied:
“For the idea of killer instinct, when there is blood in the water, we got to go.
