The Chicago Bears must see improvement from their franchise quarterback, Caleb Williams, in his second season in the NFL. Williams is poised to make his mark on the league.
Bleacher Report writer Brent Sobleski ranked all the second-year quarterbacks and which ones will improve the most. Sobleski had Williams be second on the list.
"The Bears did everything in their power to improve Williams' situation. First, they hired the top offensive mind, Ben Johnson, among the head coaching candidates. Second, general manager Ryan Poles solidified Chicago's offensive interior with the acquisitions of left guard Joe Thuney, center Drew Dalman and right guard Jonah Jackson.
