As the second year of the Caleb Williams era got underway for the Chicago Bears on Monday night, no one should be surprised that the hopeful Bears franchise quarterback painted his nails for the first game of the season. For this game, Williams had a specific reason for choosing the colors and design that he did.
According to the NFL on ESPN account on X, the colors and design for this week's game was in honor of suicide prevention. The cause's colors are teal and purple and Williams also included the logo and "988", which is the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline number.
