The Chicago Bears fan base has come to understand that quarterback Caleb Williams likes to use his legs and scramble out of the pocket if he gets the chance. Sometimes, that's good, and sometimes, it isn't.
In the Bears' Week 7 26-14 win over the New Orleans Saints, Williams found himself running out of the pocket quite a bit, evading the rush. The end results were mixed between two dropped passes by Rome Odunze, but some off-target throws.
Even in the Bears' Week 6 victory over the Washington Commanders, there were times Williams was out of the pocket and showed some inconsistencies in making the right decision.
